In addition, users can protect themselves by enabling 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) and the automatic logout settings. In cases where 2FA is not enabled, we will follow an email One-Time PIN (OTP) process.

We restrict the access that our staff have to your data. However, you may be asked to grant access to this data if staff need to investigate a specific issue.
